Everything is dealt face up. There's nothing hidden, nothing left to luck once the cards are on the table — which is why FreeCell built the reputation it did among people who found regular solitaire too dependent on the shuffle. Almost every deal can be solved. Whether you solve it is on you.
This is the desktop version, kept intact. Same scoring. Same graphics. Same king staring back from the corner of the screen. If you know the one — from an office PC, or a home machine, or both — you'll know this one.
There's no in-app economy attached to it. Nothing to buy, no chests, and no notification arriving on a Thursday evening to remind you the app exists.
Playing it:
Super moves relocate an entire ordered stack in a single action, as long as you have the free cells and empty columns to support it — no more shuttling cards one at a time
- Deals are laid out automatically
- Run the timer or leave it off
- Undo is unlimited, all the way back to the opening deal
- Double-tap sends a card straight into a free cell
- Deal numbers are supported, so you can pull up a specific game, replay one that beat you, or work through the same hand as someone else
- Three card sets to choose from: retro, modern, and fancy
- The victory animation is still there
